Did you know that there is a Vietnamese cooking school in Switzerland? Meet Duy, the man behind http://www.cookingforgood.ch. With three locations including Zurich, Bern, and Basel, Duy is introducing Vietnamese culture to Swiss people through such a hands-on experience. I had such a great time seeing how foreigners reacted to Vietnamese coffee and nuoc mam for the first time. Some proceeds from his classes are given to two orphanages in Vietnam as well. Originally from Vung Tau, Duy and his family emigrated to beautiful Bern when he was a young child. He's also a basketball coach too and a chef on the side. He runs the whole operation alone! You'll get to hear more about his story and experiences in the upcoming Viet-Swiss documentary out tomorrow night.
